How did the idea of opening a hairdressing salon come about - what was the catalyst?
The idea of founding Instasino barber was born in the summer of 2018, when the founder of our establishment was an ordinary student at the Faculty of Marketing who was studying his subject more for the sake of a degree than a profession.
What really interested him were appearance trends and informal style. In particular, he expressed his personality through the design of his hair and various beard cuts.
The haircuts he tried included everything from dreadlocks, long hair, perms, shaved temples, different colors and hair coloring methods.
Our founder often cut his own hair because he couldn’t get what he wanted at any hair salon or barbershop. And in the same summer of 2018, he came up with the idea of opening his own hairdressing salon to perfectly fulfill his customers’ wishes.
Start of business activities, first successes. Why did people turn to our hairdressing salon?
Opening a business. For a student, it seems like an overwhelming task. Renting premises, recruiting staff, purchasing the necessary equipment and setting up the hairdressing salon. But within a year, the idea was realized and the business was launched.
The premises, which were once a local café, had quite a convenient location. The ability to interest customers, the sterility of the equipment and the excellent atmosphere all contributed to customer demand.
Of course, we also carry out regular haircuts and styling. Our hairdressers will never pressure the customer into an alternative hairstyle, will not impose their taste on them and will not judge them on their style.
We welcome every expression of individuality and creativity, because in today’s world it is very important that you can express yourself and convey your state of mind through your appearance.

Why do we focus so much on interior and visual design? What does it do for the customer?
Our task when designing the hairdressing salon was to make everything as comfortable as possible, but stylish and brutal. The furnishings, colors and materials in the interior give customers the opportunity to feel like they are in a truly masculine atmosphere.
